Preschool education is a very complicated system engineering.Neither family can competent to the task alone,nor kindergarten can.They must work together to make great progress.Family and the kindergarten as two important microscopic systems, both share the task of early childhood education.Parents participation actively in the kindergarten education can not only make the two experience from the family and the kindergarten consistent and consecutive,ensure the harmonious development of children,but also can improve the ability of parental education and the quality of kindergarten education.The improvement of rural pre-school education quality is related to the development of the overall quality of pre-school education.So,the research on rural parents’involving has the important practical significance.The research selected some parents and teachers of four rural kindergartens in Qinyang Xixiang. Then retrieves and teases the related literature about parents’-participation at home and abroad, then expounds the characteristics and revelation of the study.On this basis, the paper respectively introduces and analyzes the Ecology of Human Development,Systems Theory and the Theory of Multiple Intelligence, trying to provide theoretical basis for this study.The research adopts the Literature method,Questionnaire survey method and the interview method,around the participational rights,participational consciousness, participational subject,participational content,participational ways,participational frequency,influence factors,the promotional countermeasures and so on to study.The results show that:(1)the rural parents had achieved some results,such as parents and teachers paid attention on Parent Involving;the ways are diversity;the understanding are more reasonable.But there are also some difficulties,such as the parent’ consciousness of participate right is weak, the marginalization phenomenon seriously parents’self-efficacy is low and their attitude is negative;parents’and teachers’ focus on the misplaced content; homogeneity of participants’gender structure and there exist some problems in ancestral’s participation;the ways to part is single and lower;participation frequency is low.(2)factors affecting parental involvement both come from micro-level parents’idea lag,the actual effect is poor,the number of children is large,the family structure is single or complex,the kindergarten’s system and funds are lack and so on,also come from macro-level which government does not pay attention to it in mind and actions.Therefore,in view of the three main subject this study puts forward some suggestions:parents’should pay attention to improve their own idea,create an active atmosphere of fathers’ participation,set up an equal partnership with teacher;the kindergarten should perfect the system of parental involvement and organization construction,improve the teacher-parent’s cooperation consciousness and ability,enhance parents to participate in the form of richness and suitability;the government should perfect the relevant regulations of the parents’ participation,establish and improve kindergarten aiding and evaluation mechanism including the parents’ participation.
