Abstract:Kindergarten education quality evaluation is an important part of educational evaluation; the kindergarten education quality evaluation body of the plurality of preschool education evaluation becomes an urgent problem to be solved. Parents as a child’s guardian, children on a very deep understanding, can provide a lot of information about early childhood education. Parents allow children to receive education is the main factors, are involved in early childhood education process to desire and motivation. At the same time, parents are also a valuable educational resource.This paper is divided into five parts to discuss the parents from the perspective of kindergarten education quality evaluation. The first part defines" education quality evaluation" and" parents perspective" two concepts, followed by parents from the perspective of the kindergarten education quality evaluation based on theory and research tools, finally it elaborates the research purpose and research contents. The second part from kindergarten education quality evaluation study, parents’participation in kindergarten education quality evaluation research, foreign parent participation in kindergarten education quality evaluation research in three areas reviewed the domestic and foreign academic circles about the kindergarten education quality evaluation research. This is the third part of the research methods and analysis dimensions, research methods are literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, analytic dimensions are objects, tools and frameworks. The fourth part is a theme of research results and analysis, including the parents of kindergarten quality evaluation from the perspective of the overall analysis, from the perspective of parents of kindergarten curriculum quality evaluation analysis, from the perspective of the parent child development quality evaluation analysis of three levels. The fifth part is the research discussion and suggestions, recommendations to guide parents to actively participate in kindergarten education quality evaluation, give full consideration to parents of kindergarten education, and realize the participation in the process of parents’ participation institution, rational utilization of resources of parents.This article from the parents’perspective, using the theory and methods of kindergarten education quality evaluation, the diversity of main body of research, try to improve the quality of education kindergarten.
