The sense of responsibility, is refers to the individual in social life, should take on its social role and responsibility of cognitive, emotional experience and the corresponding behaviors. Responsibility plays an important role in children’s psychological development, it is also an important part of children’s personality and sociality, quality, but also the basic elements of mental health of children. In2001the Ministry of Education promulgated the "guidelines for Kindergarten Education (for Trial Implementation)" pointed out:"To understand and abide by the basic rules of social behavior in daily life; Do do everything in one’s power thing, not afraid of suffering, to have a preliminary sense of responsibility." Not only that, in2012promulgated the "3-6years old children’s learning and development guidelines" also suggested:"Often give children some do everything in one’s power allocation of tasks, ask him to finish it and timely recognition, Cultivate a sense of responsibility and responsible attitude." Sense of responsibility is the basic element of individual mental health, is an important part of social character, is a person to be able to success and happiness must have personality quality. Studies have shown that:Children’s sense of responsibility by the sense of self responsibility, others a sense of responsibility, collective responsibility, task responsibility, commitment and negligence responsibility of six dimensions, and kindergarten period is the key period of the development of the sense of responsibility, In this study, the emotional target classification theory of Bloom as the theoretical support, based on in-depth analysis of Bloom theory, to explore the use of the theory of responsibility the feasibility of culture and education principles and methods, and on the basis of the design of educational objectives and the corresponding educational activities. Using the method of action research, the researcher and a kindergarten in Beijing city teachers to design and implement a month and a half, two stages of education activities, and in the class implementation. By recording the interview teacher children, in this process, the value for the cultivation of the sense of responsibility of children, the effect of Bloom’s theory, and the education goal formulation methods are analyzed and discussed. Research shows that:1According to Bloom emotional target classification theory, to develop responsibility four dimensions of design education can effectively promote the infant responsibility.2. Through training and practice, teachers can better grasp of Bloom theory, and effectively applied to the cultivation of the sense of responsibility in the work of children.3Bloom’s theory is of great positive significance for improving teachers’ thinking quality and guide the children education of sense of responsibility in design work.
