Under the condition of high demand for teachers’ professional knowledge and professional ability in the new era, full-time master of education has gained its recognition from all walks of life. Many masters of education will take part in internship to adapt them to the development stage. How to face the new environment and how to change from students to teachers is an important and great challenge for their professional development, which determines whether they can become qualified teachers after graduating from university.Throughout the domestic and foreign related research, the researches about masters of education’s entering the process of professional development are few, especially the researches about masters of education at the beginning of professional development. Based on qualitative research orientation, this study adopts the education narrative research method. Research data mainly comes from the author’s teaching activity, work notes, daily reflection and related personnel’s (teachers, colleagues, students, etc.) memories of daily communication. This paper illustrates the author’s experience during the field work in high school by way of narrative. In this study the author is the researcher and also the object.This research consists of five parts. The first part is introduction which includes the origin of this study, the theoretical and practical significance and related concepts as well as the research methodology. The second part is the literature review which mainly analyzes the current situation of teacher professional development and the related theories of education narrative research. The third part is the author’s growing footprint which includes the typical events that took place in the daily education teaching work, the author’s reflections towards these events in order to reveal the changes of the author’s professional knowledge and ability, and also it analyzes the problems encountered in the process of field work and puts forward the solutions. The fourth part the achievements that the author gains in the practice of the field work and the experience summaries about professional knowledge learning, practical experience and professional development program. The fifth part is growth reflection which summarizes the author’s reflections towards professional ideal during field work and the problems as well as the regrets of the education narrative research.
