Mongolian Population Change Research

Population is the developmental foundation of its state and nationality. The population in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is difference form that in coastal areas, the change of population is similar to that of the nationwide, on the other hand, it has its own peculiarity. The change of Mongolian people population is not only related to the local ecology、environment、social and economic development level、custom and the national culture, but also national polity、the population of family planning policy、autonomous region polity and other policies of ethnic minorities such as Mongolian custom、culture、language、 character and so on.This thesis with the subject of the Mongolian population problem, taking the example of Wushen Banner of Ordos, analyzes the change of population quantity and quality. Therefore, when analyze the change of population quantity mainly with reference to the census data that since1949, according to both the fifth、the sixth census data and the actual survey of the author, this thesis has made a detailed analysis about the population quality and has explained it from the view of education and health state. The Mongolian population is less, the increase speed is slow, besides, the health problem has great effect on the quality level. In view of the above situation, the author paid much attention to state that it is necessary to let go of minority family planning policy appropriately and give some aid such as medical and education.
