Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid development of private universities for higher education in China from elite education to mass education has made great contributions, but compared with private universities in developed countries, the gap between China’s large private colleges Teachers are the first element of the development of private universities. To run colleges and universities, mainly by highly qualified teachers, there is no first-class teaching and research team, there is no first-class operating efficiency.Currently, private colleges and universities’ limit quality of teachers is increasingly becoming the bottleneck of the development of private higher education, there is a serious brain drain phenomenon in Private Universities:Some college frequent flow of talent, the loss of teachers is very serious, the loss of great teachers ratio is the backbone of the teaching or academic expertise professors, these teachers are the backbone of the school. The loss of teachers not only seriously affected the quality of teaching, but also increase the replacement manpower cost of college, but also affect the stability of current employees.Incentives in the current study, mostly to corporate employees and operations management for the study, there is less research for university teachers, especially teachers of private colleges incentives.
