People’s Educational Value is facing an unprecedented impact with the change of the Times and the development of the society, which also bring the changes in the people’s ideas, their life style and so on. The changes have been spreading the whole country and have been changing many different aspects of people’s life from cities to countryside and from the custom to the concept. In rural areas in Guangxi, along with the advancement of urbanization, the construction of new socialist rural areas, and the implementation and accomplishment of the action plan "three years of preschool education in guangxi", farmers living on the land have witnessed all the changes, which make their value a series of changes. At the same time, this is reflected in a series of changes in the process of nurturing and education. In addition, the serious situation of university students’employment today test every parent’s heart. Graduating from the university does not mean finding a satisfactory job. Still some of the graduates may not find a job after graduating. Even they can find a job, the salary of job may also be less than the ones go out to work without studying in the university. The higher education costs can not meet the expectations of parents. Therefore, to some degree, the point of view "knowledge can change fate" has been taken place by "the new uselessness of study". In such a social background, what do the parents in the rural areas think of the education? Whether they all accept the idea of "the new uselessness of study" or not?This study supported by the theory of modern children education, by the method of questionnaire investigation, interview and observation. selecting T village of guangxi nanning as a case study, try to be given a chance to understand the current situation of the preschool children’s parents education values and extract the characteristics of them, analyze the influence factors of rural preschool children’s parents education values. In the end, hope to do something good to the development of pre-school education by providing information and giving individual opinion. This study is divided into four chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of the village selected and researched, provide the background of the changes in the preschool children’s parents education values by the description of the village.The second chapter is based on the four basic elements of education values. Make an observation on the current situation of the Educational Value of the preschool children’s parents from aspects:the view about children,sons and daughters.Analysis the five characteristics of rural preschool children’s parents education values.The third chapter mainly analyze the current situation and its influencing factors of rural preschool children’s parents education values.The fourth chapter give individual thinking based on the analysis of the influence factors above. Emphasize that we should insist on the dialectical, contact with the development of historical materialism to analyze the preschool children’s parents education values in rural areas. We should respect the needs of preschool children’s parents, at the same time, we should take their appeal into account in the policy of the development of the rural education.
