This paper points out the primary and secondary school photography art education both at home and abroad are not fully taken up, this research is also relatively less, the innovation of this paper lies deeper into the implementation of photography education in primary and middle schools, can be said to be a highlight of this topic, and finishing work on the basis of giving the affirmation and added in the relevant literature. And put it into the school art education, is of far-reaching significance. About the popularity of photography education in primary and secondary schools, the visual literacy to curriculum height,"is to cultivate the students’visual literacy through a series of related courses. In the construction of visual literacy curriculum, there are mainly two kinds of orientation:a separate courses, art, photography and so on; a fusion in each discipline. On the education in primary and secondary schools, the cultivation of students’ application flow chart, tree, graph, color coded map of the plot development, profile, form the visual representation forms to promote science and technology, nutrition and health, social, geographical, historical course of study." Quality education to promote school most of the area with better economic conditions have these schools. The study object of horizontal including moral education and aesthetic education, science and technology education, campus culture construction, and other related field of education and discipline, longitudinal above is the students to school age. Some schools through the operation mechanism of training teachers, set the photography activity course, establishment of photography education, as well as the investment related facilities, funds, a series of measures to organize students to participate in various competitions of photography, photography education carried out an active exploration and practice and has achieved initial success. School speed has been proposed topic, a research team, to the theory and practice of photography education. In this paper, based on the Chinese contemporary education reform background, probing into the feasibility of photography course in middle and primary school, I hope to have certain theory value and practical significance.
