This text focuses on the problems such as formalization which exists in the inquiry teaching.The author starts from the teaching practice. According to the related theories of the education, the author combines with my own teaching experience, concentrated on the research of how to carry out effective inquiry teaching model in the normal high school physical classroom teaching.Inquiry teaching is a kind of based on modern educational thought of new teaching model with the new education idea. It is people-oriented, emphasizing the students’ active participation in the whole process of learning, the students thinking has always been actively exploring, stimulate inspiration, develop thinking ability, creative potential, it not only attaches importance to the knowledge, cultivate more attention to experience of learning process and emotional attitude. Exploration as many Chinese and foreign educational theoretician and practitioner of long-term research achievements in teaching, inquiry teaching to adapt to the requirements of knowledge economy for creative thinking, cultivate students qualities, to our country through science and education strategy is very important.Based on teacher interviews, classroom observation, experience summary and review of the literature and other research methods, to high school students as the research object, based on the middle school physics teaching, based on the research results of domestic and foreign research teaching ideas, as well as researchers in the inquiry teaching practical experience in high school physics, deeply studies the following questions:analysis of the inquiry teaching in physics classroom teaching effect of reduced; practice and experience of improving the physical classroom inquiry teaching; practice of physics classroom teaching.
