Study Of Employment Problems And Career Guidance Of Vocational Students

With large number of students enrollment of universities and technical schools inSichuan Province, the annual number of graduates are increasing, while surplus laborand new labor flood into cities, forming a huge army of unemployed, so it is a notgood situation for vocational students. These problems have to be solved for anyvocational school in Sichuan Province. This study was designed for students invocational psychology employment and job quality by qualitative and quantitativeinvestigation, doing analysis of the problems of employment, the employer inaccordance with the actual requirements of the graduates finds employment guidance,effectively solve the problem of employment in vocational schools.The first stage, through access to a large literature, I would find suitableemployment theory of vocational education, and to clarify the contents, significance,research ideas and methods.The second stage, the preparation of suitable vocational school studentquestionnaires for students, and have a sample survey for76graduates of SichuanTourism school, six classes and10companies to collate and analyze the survey results,and draw conclusions.The third stage, combining some studies of vocational students’ employmentproblem,analyze the development of the Sichuan Tourism School and its studentsemployment situation and existing problems, and find reasons of employment issuesfrom school, social and vocational students themselves in three areas, combined withthe actual situation and the teacher himself engaged in personnel work in SichuanTourism school, raised the necessity and importance of career guidance.The fourth stage,according to issues and causes, and the results of the survey,combined with relevant literature and theory, and explore effective ways to career guidance from the four governments, schools, career guidance teachers and students.With vocational students in the current employment situation is grim circumstances,the article survey through the quality of employment and psychology of employment tothe Sichuan Provincial Tourism School students and school career guidance andrequirements of the employer, and analyze the current employment situation, trying tofind problems and causes of the existence of vocational students employment,get deepinto surveying career guidance research for vocational students.The innovation of thispaper is to actively learn advanced theory and practices, which suit to our vocationalschools, then try to do the theory and practice closely.
