Research On Performance Analysis Of Hubei Peasant Training

As the mainstay of countryside and agriculture issues, the solution of farmers issue is definitely the key to settle the overall "Three Rural" issues (issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers). But in light of the current situation, the quality of rural labor force is generally not satisfying and they lack of advanced labor skills. On the one hand, this reality affects the promotion of agricultural high-tech and the improvement of agricultural production efficiency; on the other hand, it has an impact on the transfer of rural labor force to non-agricultural industries in towns of cities. And with the growth of economic development and new industries, the employment of surplus rural labor force will be increasingly difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out training education focused on rural labor force in order to enhance the products’ quality and meet people’s needs, develop modern agriculture with intensive managerial methods, as well as achieve a smooth large-scale transfer of rural labor force. This paper concentrates on farmers training of Hubei Province as the object of study, Farmers training is classified into two types: farmers’ technological training and training of rural labor force transfer. Centering on "targeting, analyzing the current situation, researching the gaps and proposing countermeasures", this paper conducts performance analysis research on the task of farmers training in Hubei from the perspective of combining government and individuals.Through research it is discovered that while the task of farmers training in Hubei Province is making some accomplishments, there is still gap between the status and the objective of training. Based on the gap, this paper brings forward the countermeasures to improve training of these two different types and establishes the performance model on the basis of analyzing statistics and integrating interview resources, with a hope to offer some constructive opinions concerning farmers training of Hubei Province, meanwhile, provide a reference value for farmers training of other parts of our country.
