TBA Battery Development Project Schedule Control

This article based on the theory of project management researches in project schedulemanagement of X Institute by analysis method.First, the project scheduling, the knowledge of project plan control theory and the unique ofthe research-based project are introduced. Then the article makes a simple description that is“TBA battery project” and the processes of research. To satisfy the demand of the duration in thecontract, the schedule in which every work is defined and ordered is optimized. The theorysupport of optimized duration was performed. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the control method,the problem of this method and the solution are introduced. In the fifth chapter, the humanresources and the knowledge management which should be focused on in researching project. Atlast, we give the evaluation of schedule management of “TBA battery project” and theconclusion in project management. And there are also some drawbacks for us to think about it.
