| Land is the basic resources of human survival, it is the support of human in all social and economicactivities. With the accelerating pace of social and economic development, the demand for land presents anincreasing trend, but due to limited land resources and the location of fixity, the land regional differencescontinue to increase, to some extent, as well as the regional development gap. These become hamper toachieve the goals of common development and common prosperity, co-ordination and harmonization ofregional land use has become an important guarantee to realize the coordinated development of regional.Especially since the beginning of this century, how to achieve co-ordination and harmonization of regionalland use is always the focus of land management and land science work, and get more and more attention.This paper，the author takes the basic theory of co-ordination and harmonization of regional land useas a starting point, summarizes and presents connotation、impact factors and the need for co-ordination andharmonization of regional land use, as well as,the author puts out land-use zoning is an approach to it,explores and discusses the principle, basis and method of land-use zoning. Based on the above background,the paper choses Altay of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example,comparatively analyzes itscurrent situation、socio-economic development and the distribution of natural resources from the time andspatial series, in the vertical and horizontal.All these enable the author to discover the current challengesand problems that are pertaining to the land use at the overall area. After, the autor establishes inndexsystem of land-use zoning, launches comprehensive land use zoning and functional land use zoning,determines the final land-use zoning schemes, puts forward the concrete direction and countermeasures ofland use. Finally, the paper elaborates the control measures for co-ordination and harmonization of regionalland use implementation. |
