In recent years,with the accelerating process of globalization,multinational enterprises in the management of the problems caused by cultural conflicts due to more and more public awareness and attention,the focus of management transfer by economic factors in the operation of cultural factors.The management of multinational enterprises in the management of the process is the sale of goods,the investment of transnational capital and technical cooperation and exchange,but the deep level of cultural conflict and integration process.Ignore the cultural differences and lead to the failure of the production and operation of multinational companies abound.Thus,the cross cultural management of transnational corporations is an important topic in imminent,I hope that through this article in the previous cross-cultural management(CROSS-CULTURE MANAGEMENT)based on the theory and practice of this new understanding and discovery.This WJ hotel design company as the research object,the theory of cross-cultural management research aspects such as cross culture management theory proposed by Hofstede and Pijos' s cultural dimensions theory and related theories of other scholars as foreshadowing,through to the WJ hotel design company staff interviews and internal staff information and questionnaire to collate and summarize to understand and find problems in cross culture of the company,to find the root of management problems in the enterprise from the company business philosophy,business objectives,communication and management means that cultural differences,analysis of the causes of cultural conflict,and on the basis of the proposed management measures.WJ hotel design company is a young enterprise culture,has made remarkable achievements in the past few years is not easy.It is now expanding into overseas markets,in the future it will be better to solve the problems of cross-cultural management,and to sum up the lessons learned and experience,as a guideline for future development strategy.Through extensive literature on culture conflict literature manuscript,questionnaire survey and depth interviews to analyze the cross-cultural management problems of WJ hotel design company,and SPSS on the data analysis of management of enterprise employee communication,employee management style,enterprise internal training effectiveness and the status of human resources management and other factors,find the difference the western culture is in the WJ hotel design company.Finally,this paper summarizes some problems in cross-cultural management: first,do not fully understand the existence of cultural differences.Second,the lack of ability to resolve cultural conflicts and contradictions.Third,the lack of cross-cultural management personnel.Fourth,the level of human resources management.Fifth,the lack of cross cultural training system.This paper reflects the management problem of WJ hotel design company in the cross cultural conflict in the hope to help guide the improvement of cross culture management of similar enterprises and improve,hope may also have implications for future research on cross culture management.Indeed,multinational enterprises face many problems and challenges in the management of cultural conflict,but this situation and the situation is a short moment,managers find problems and recognize the problems in the process of operation,finally find solutions and methods to solve the problems.Cross cultural conflict is a problem that can not be avoided and avoided in the process of internationalization.Cross culture enough understanding and attention to cultural differences exist in the enterprise,and master the methods to solve management of cultural conflict and contradiction,constructing a new management mode to solve the cultural conflict in the conflict,positive and effective problems,will increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the international competition,and achieved success in transnational business.
