In the wake of the development of market economy, the competition among enterprises has been boiled down into the competition of talents, while the presence of management talents has been an important leverage for enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, the extremely urgent mission for a lot of enterprises is to improve the employee training and development, especially the quality training of management employees, so as to improve the working innovation abilities of management employees and to build an excellent management team.This thesis is based on the fundamental arguments of the current situation of management employee training in LD Company and the predicament occurred during the training, together with profound analysis about cases of management employee training in this company, on the basis of relevant training theories, pointing out the reasons of the training predicament are the ambiguous training objectives defined for the training employees, the shortage of sufficient analysis of training demands, as well as the inappropriate selections of training contents and methods and the ineffective control mechanism during the training implementation. Aiming to the above said reasons, this thesis sets forth measures to optimizing the management employee training system in LD Company from the following aspects, the need of explicit training objects, intensive survey of employee training demands, customized training contents design, along with process monitoring and measures effectively facilitating the transforming of training effectiveness.The main content of this research paper consists of four parts:The first part is Introduction which introduces the background and significance of the topic selected and the main content and methods of research. The second part involves the Description of Management Issues. Primarily by describing the overview of management employee training in LD Company, this part points out the current situation regarding the management employee training in this company, and provides further analysis about the predicament faced by it during its management employee training, hence reveals the existing problems about the management employee training in LD Company. The third part deals with Case Analysis which, by extensively referring to relevant theories about the objects, principles, contents and methods of employee training, analyzes the reasons of problems occurred during the course of management employee training in LD Company from aspects including the training objects, training demands analysis, training contents and methods, training monitoring and so on. The fourth part consists of Suggestions and Strategies, presenting customized specific training objects through analysis of management employee training in LD Company, providing suggestions and strategies concerning the following issues, including the training demands survey of management employees, scientific design of training contents, improvement of pertinence of training, training process monitoring, training effectiveness enhancement and optimization of management training system in the company.
