Electric energy has become one of the factors of production, life must be in our country, different social groups more high energy for electricity demand and dependence and. Kyrgyzstan shares the company is one of China’s electric power industry members of the enterprise, in the integrated transport system in our country plays an important political, social and economic responsibility, the company operating conditions and the level of performance directly affects the social different levels, different groups of interests. The changing industry environment, makes the development environment, development field of Kyrgyzstan shares company and development levels are the major changes. Enterprises want to improve their management level, will need to improve staff’s comprehensive quality and ability level, therefore, enterprises must strengthen their own employee training management.The main research contents of this paper for the design, the Kyrgyz electricity stock company new staff induction training system scheme specifically including: the research in enterprise new employees training management ideas, goals and strategies; research on organizational structure and division of responsibility for the design of new enterprise staff training; analysis of the enterprises in the new staff training needs survey; research the new employee training in the allocation of teachers; research training course system for new employees; research on the evaluation of new employee training effect; research on the new employee training feedback, assessment and incentive.The thesis consists of 5 chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research background, significance, main content, framework and research methods; the second chapter carries on the analysis to the present situation of Kyrgyzstan shares the company new employee orientation training, this paper introduces the general situation of Kyrgyzstan shares companies and new staff basic information, at the same time, from the social background and behavioral characteristics, professional concept point of view of the new staff career characteristics, the basic condition of the new staff training current Kyrgyzstan shares company are described; the main problems and the key to the new staff training Kyrgyzstan shares the company exists and the causes of the comprehensive analysis, obtains the Kyrgyzstan shares the company new staff training mainly exist in the training goal no thoroughly implement the contents of the training set, not comprehensive, training content, training set is not comprehensive enough teachers is unreasonable and training effect evaluation and feedback mechanism four aspects;The third chapter content is for the second chapter, the theory of total quality management as the core, put forward the concrete content of Kyrgyzstan shares company new staff training design and implementation process, is first proposed the idea and principle of the new employee training system optimization, followed by training system modules optimized content describes system, including training of target setting, organizational structure and division of responsibilities of the adjustment, improve management level evaluation system of teachers training, training course design, design effect, training information feedback mechanism and incentive mechanism; describes the implementation process of the new employee training system in the Kyrgyz electricity stock company at this time, including training needs survey, the new staff training plan, training organization and implementation, training effect evaluation of four main sectors are analyzed, respectively, proposed specific measures in the implementation process;The fourth chapter puts forward the contents Kyrgyzstan shares the company to ensure the new employee training system optimization work smoothly implementation guarantee mechanism is needed to support the establishment, including the organizational guarantee, institutional guarantee, and personnel security three aspects; finally is the conclusion part, on the main contents of the study are summarized, and pointed out that the long-term operation, the new employee training system Kyrgyzstan shares the company’s persistent, must adhere to the principle of continuous improvement, dissertation research work.The research as far as possible to cover the Kyrgyzstan shares company new employee training management of all processes, for new employees of the company into the improvement of vocational training mode to help new employees rapidly change the identity of the role, formally to join in the career of our country’s electric power industry do psychology and behavior of the necessary preparation for to help the improve new employee training management level.
