JS Bank NT Branch Staff Training System Optimization

In the beginning of the research work, NT Branch analyzed its current branch operations, employee training systems, learned training theory and experience from home and abroad, used of literature summarized questionnaire and statistical analysis method.The methods above provided suggestions to optimize its staff training system and verify the importance of enhancing staff training and practical significance.
