Era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the determinants of the success of the enterprises development and competitiveness. As a carrier and creator of knowledge, human, become the core competitiveness of enterprises to improve and maintain a key competitive advantage. The source of economic growth and the focus of business competition has growth from the original material capital is now transferred to human resource, human resource is becoming the most important strategic resource of enterprises. At present, China’s IT industry pays incentives widespread defects to human resource which leads knowledge workers high turnover rate and the entire industry talent shortage. Therefore, this thesis try to analysis from material and non-material incentives from the two levels of the pay mechanism study with effective law firm to attract, retain, motivate staff which can play a certain theoretical and practical significance to the improvement of IT enterprises.In this paper, I try to make use of incentive theory, integrated human capital theory, equity theory, compensation theory, and human management theory, the use of systems analysis, normative analysis and empirical research method of combining to analyze the employees of WH. According to the characteristics of knowledge workers, we try to analyze the necessity of material incentives and the lack of incentives. At the same time, pointing out that non-material incentives, such as corporate culture, reputation, incentives and other make deep-seated effects to knowledge workers.
