With the development of home appliances industry competition intensifies, inorder to deal with the fierce market competition, more and more televisionmanufacturers take outsourcing as a way to improve enterprise competitiveness sothat to maintain its maximized advantage of competition. Internal link cost wasreduced by outsourcing, also cost saving, sales stimulation and profitabilityimprovement. Outsourcing brings a comprehensive improvement to a company. Butwe still need to realize that risk is closely with outsourcing all the time. How to meetthe demand of enterprise trough outsourcing, to achieve the advantage only and tomake maximized risk controlling, it’s a continuous topic for most of the televisionindustry enterprises who’re exploring all the time.To be one of the most famous home appliances companies, H company’stelevision product also face with the great pressure of cost increasing and less sales inthe terminal market, which effects to its marketing expanding and becomes itsbottlenecks step by step. It’s really urgent to find a breakthrough and feasible solutionin H company cooperation mode with the analysis of television industry developmentand H company’s internal factors.Firstly we’ll make analysis of the present situation of H company, combing withthe predicament of the market opportunities and difficulties to find the demand ofcooperation and the point needed to be achieved and upgraded of H company;Secondly we’ll find its own competitive power optimization scheme from itsoptimized solution. A corresponding contrast analysis together with industry researchis needed to help to judge the rationality and feasibility of its own solution. What’smore a careful analysis about the relationship between the company and cooperatedenterprise is a must before making the decision of external production finally. Tochoose contractors by the effective screening combined with qualitative andquantitative analytic method to find the one which meets the requirements. It will bemuch successfully with the perfect implementation.The case of H company provides us solutions of external productiondecisions and outsourcers selection, But the outsourcing is not a panacea, It will also requires the implementation of improved scheme, continuous optimization andupgrading, to well control the risk and bring the maximum benefit for the enterprise.
