The role of corporate culture in the organization has been widely recognized thatdifferent areas of the companies are trying to create excellent corporate culture and toachieve strategic objectives. How to create a good corporate culture, the basic ismeasure of corporate culture and then understand the corporate culture. CommercialBank of China in the history of the ever-changing reform, corporate culture hasplayed an irreplaceable role, which constitute a key element of the corecompetitiveness of China’s commercial banks.The flexibility of the corporate culture and it is difficult to clearly quantifydecided to cultural construction is a dynamic, complex process, corporate cultureconstruction and management process, it should be measured regularly at the existingcorporate culture in China’s commercial banks, diagnosis and evaluation, and thusfacilitate more accurate understanding of the status quo of the corporate culture andmaster the elements of an enterprise culture impact on performance.
