Study On Efficiency Evaluation System Of Material Supply Chain Of Oilfield Enterprise

At present, the global economy is booming. Low carbon economy and the Internet ofThings as the representative of the new technological revolution is becoming a new growthpoint of economic development. National policies have provided favorable conditions for theoilfield enterprise development, but policy of allowing private capital to participate in theconstruction of oil and gas, the impact of foreign low-cost oil and gas and other factors willenable the domestic market competition more intense. Material supplying is the prerequisiteand basis of the oil and gas development. The increasing salient contradictions demand for thematerial supply chain efficiency improvements, or it will not be able to meet the needs of thedevelopment of oilfield enterprise and the diversification of environmental. At the same time,strengthening the overall optimization of the material supply chain and choosing long-termcooperation as a strategic supplier to improve supply chain efficiency, it is important for thelong-term development of the oilfield companies and enhancing the competitiveness.This article firstly summarizes the relevant theory and research status of the supply chainefficiency, then analyzes the problems of impacting the efficiency of oilfield enterprisematerial supply chain on material procurement, warehousing, vendor management, and theuser feedback process, and proposes the necessity and significance of this study. On the basisof the theory and the actual situation, this article carries the study on the system of materialsupply chain efficiency evaluation of oilfield enterprise. Material supply chain efficiencyevaluation system of oilfield enterprise includes two parts of supply chain efficiencyevaluation index system and supply chain efficiency evaluation model. Supply chainefficiency evaluation index system selects the time-sensitive indicators, quality indicators andservice capabilities indicators to measure the material supply chain efficiency; supply chainefficiency evaluation model takes chromatography analysis and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation index system. Finally, the articletakes the material supply chain efficiency evaluation system for practical application, andproposes improvement some measures.
