Social science concerned with the operation within the organization in the field oflong-standing.With the increasingly fierce global competition,enterprises want to keepthe advantage,in addition to innovation in technology and management,more need tointegrate human resources.Electric power reform,enterprise development issues ofconcern,and the problem of employee motivation in enterprise also becomes a hotissue.In the knowledge economy era,the incentive problem has been the focus ofenterprises.Under the guidance of the market economy,state-owned enterprises inelectric power enterprises as a state monopoly,reform is still not complete,theincentive mechanism is not perfect,the staff working enthusiasm is not high,not verygood to complete the enterprise target.How to overcome this kind of phenomenon,how enterprise’s own characteristics,the establishment of an effective incentivemechanism,make the electric power enterprise incentive system more perfect becomethe starting point of this study.This paper selects Gansu province Datang Liancheng Power Plant is studied as acase,The enterprise since the reform of electric power after nearly10years ofdevelopment,has now entered a stable development period.But the enterpriseincentive mechanism is not perfect,although to motivate employees of enterprises alsoinvested a lot of resources,but did not achieve the desired effect.Based on the differententerprise staff case investigation and interviews,the use of sociological researchmethods,to Datang Liancheng Power Plant incentive system for research,with thebasic theory of motivation as the basis,in the perspective of organizational sociologydown staff analysis of the current system reform of state-owned enterprises under theincentive problem.Based on the case studies and interviews,analyzed the problems of the enterpriseincentive mechanism problem,is proposed to improve the incentive countermeasuresstaff development for the organization,to realize the sustainable development ofpower enterprises.
