Research On Evaluation And Improvement Of Technological Innovation Capacity Of High-tech Industry In Guangdong Technology Economy And Management

The arrival of the21st century, madding great changes taken place in the global economy and competition pattern. Competition among regions is more embodied in innovation ability competition. The ability of innovation of an area largely depends on the the innovation capability of high-tech industries, technology innovation ability is the core content and the key ability of high-tech industry innovation ability, therefore, research and evaluate the innovation capacity of high technology is a very important way to evaluate the innovation ability of an area.In this paper, we choose the high-tech industry of Guangdong as the research object.In the process of research, to have a overall grasp of Guangdong high-tech industry development, we made a detailed and in-depth analysis of Guangdong high-tech industry first, we fond that the high-tech industry of Guangdong have owned a fast develope and also get a rich achievement since it started, we can see that in the high-tech industry the innovation input and output is increasing and the environment have been improved. Then, based on the research results of previous scholars and the physical truth of Guangdong high-tech industry, Professor hawking’s synergy theory as the theoretical basis, and follow the systematic, scientific, feasibility evaluation index system construction principles, Construct consists of3primary index (that is, the input index, technological innovation output indicator of technological innovation, technological innovation, environmental indicators),22second-level indicators of high-tech industry technology innovation ability evaluation index system. then, Using factor analysis method to evaluate all the aspects detailed innovation ability of Guangdong high-tech industry, the results indicate that Guangdong’s high-tech industry innovation ability is very strong, such as the technology innovation investment ability, technological innovation output capacity and overall capacity are among the top of the national technology innovation, technology innovation environment slightly behind the Beijing region ranked fourth in the country in2011. In order to further understand the status of the Guangdong high-tech industry innovation ability, this paper use the data of<China Statistics Yearbook on High Technology Industry> and<Science and Technology of China Statistical Yearbook> to get a evaluate result of Guangdong high-tech industry innovation capacity, the research found that the ability of innovation ability of Guangdong is very strong and stable during2009-2011. Finally, in order to further improve and optimize Guangdong’s high-tech industry technology innovation ability, this paper made a further comparative analysis between Guangdong and other areas which also have strong innovative ability,to put forward to the measures to improve and enhance the high-tech innovation capacity of Guangdong.
