With economic globalization, more and more emphasis on intellectual economy and knowledge innovation, human resources management not only serves for staff management but also focus on strategic management, capitalization, and market-based allocation. However, performance management of many enterprises is less in surface and loses relevance to strategic objectives, which results no positive effect on enterprises’envelopment.Through comprehensive analysis on marble industry, stage of company’s development, operation situation and situation of performance management, the thesis finds the key problems and analyzes the problems, and then it applies methods of Balanced Score Card (BSC) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to modify the performance system.The new performance management system solves two problems. One is Setting a clear direction of the strategic development and reducing the strategic goals to each post. It makes employees know company’s goals and strive for it. The new performance management system contains two parts, organization performance and staffs’ performance. The two parts complement each other. Only when organization performance confirms, staffs’ performance can carry out smoothly. And only when staffs’ performances reach the goals, can organization performance achieve goals. The other one is that the dynamic procedure management system is thorough and comprehensive, which can make performance plans, performance coaching, performance appraisal and application of performance results work well.
