Research On Development Strategy Of HuaMei Property Management Company

Property management is an emerging industry. Based on the real estate industry for more than ten years high speed, stable development, property management companies are constantly emerged and made remarkable achievements, which is known as the "sunrise industry". The first property management company in Shenzhen was established in1981, which marked the property management services formally born in mainland China. As a result, the property management industry demonstrated strong vitality and gained great development starting from scratch, from weak to strong.It has made outstanding contributions in improving the quality of people’s lives and promoting urbanization construction. But in the process of development, property management industry also has many problems.Taking the actual situation of Shenzhen HuaMei Property Management Company (hereinafter referred to as the HuaMei company) as a example, this paper analyses current situation and the problems existing in the development of HuaMei company. Using the SWOT model to find out the advantages and disadvantages in the development of the company, analysis the company’s external opportunities and challenges, and make strategies including expanding the market and enlarging the scope of service. In order to realize the development strategy of the company, this paper formulated the strategic implementation plan by perfecting the talent introduction and incentive mechanism, making property management brand, strengthening the cost and cash management.
