Dynamic Analysis And Interactive System Monitoring Information WebGIS Based Land Use

The based geospatial data which from land use dynamic monitoring, are often been operated using specialized GIS processing software such as ArcMap. Thees operations contains map browsing, layer attribute query, distance measurement etc.. It is difficult to do that on the computer which no specialized GIS processing software. In addition, desktop GIS processing software can not realize real-time query to the law enforcement inspection trajectory. With the continuous development of Internet technology and people’s increasing demand for geographic information, the use of Internet spatial data published on the Web, to provide users with spatial data browsing, query and analysis functions, has become an inevitable trend of GIS development.In view of the above problems and background, this paper analyzes and expounds the Web GIS technology, RIA technology, Flex technology, Web Services technology and the realization of the principle SQLite database technology. Taking ArcGIS Server10.0as a server platform, using SQLite to manage the database, using Flash Builder Software, ArcGIS API for Flex components and Flex Viewer to build Web GIS development platform based on Flex technologies. Secondly the author collected the land use spatial data in Jinghong city in2012, and published it as a map online; used the SQLite database system management inspection of track data. In addition, completing the overall system design, the system design objectives and principles are explained.According to the needs analysis, develop client specific functional modules.Finally, I complete a Web GIS system development based on Flex in this paper, achieve the objectives to analyse information about land use dynamic monitoring based geospatial data online, to exchange data between the browser and server. In addition, the client of the system is also on the law enforcement inspection trajectory online query, implementation of the supervision of law enforcement inspection. This system provides a reference for the application of dynamic monitoring of land use and geographic information services based on Web GIS.
