Research On Evaluation Of Agricultural Land Consolidation Potential In Linli County

The research selected agricultural land consolidation activities in Linli County of the Changde city in Hunan province as the research object, the connotation of agri-cultural land consolidation potential and the construction of its’ evaluation index sys-tem were be discussed and analyzed, measured, evaluated, classified the Linli County agricultural land consolidation potential, provided a theoretical reference for Linli County land consolidation work. The main contents and conclusions are as follows.1. Combining the theory of agricultural land consolidation potential and the reali-ties of Linli County, to measure its agricultural land consolidation potential, selected the number increasing in quantity of cultivated land and improving cultivated land quailty as indicators to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system, analy-sised and evaluated of agricultural land consolidation potential scientifically, and the potential of agricultural land consolidation in Linli County is1695.9hm2, accounting for1.71%of the total farmland area in Linli County.2. Classified the agricultural land consolidation potential level, Linli County’s agricultural land consolidation potential would be divided into three levels:Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Among them, the area of Ⅰ level covers722.60hectares, located in the Xin’an, Hekou, Wangcheng, Baizhi and Sheshi; the area of Ⅱlevel covers881.82hectares, located in ten towns and villages such as Anfu, Taifu; the area of Ⅲlevel covers93.48hectares, located in Shaban and Meixiu;3. According to the results of potential measurement and evaluation, analysed the problems of agricultural land consolidation, and discussed how to improve the agri-cultural land consolidation potential.
