As the financial industry comprehensive opening, the banking competition is more and more fierce. Due to the rapid rise of the domestic commercial banks and the influx of foreign banks, it makes the commercial banks face great pressure of competition. How to seize the maximum market share? Improving economic benefit of enterprises is one of the main problems of China’s commercial banks to face. Banking is different from ordinary industrial enterprises, because financial products have the large significant characteristics. The kinds of financial products which banks provided are similar, and as soon as the new product developed, there will be same. That is why just relying on product development can not improve the core competitiveness of banking industries. In addition, the product the commercial banks provided is different from general enterprises’, because they have no product entity, but the value of virtual symbols, and the management of banks needs more support of the credit culture. For commercial banks’ service, brand, efficiency, price, quality, management and a series of factors, all of these make up the competitiveness of banks, and combining these factors combine is to make up the enterprise culture, Therefore, it is essential for commercial banks to build the enterprise culture, and the outstanding enterprise culture can improve the competitiveness of commercial banks, and theirs economic benefit further.For commercial banks in China, they started late in building the enterprise culture. Now they are still in the groping stage. At the same time, the managers for the understanding of the enterprise culture have some certain long-standing mistaken ideas, and don’t pay enough attention. Toady, as the comprehensive opening and fierce competition in financial industries, how to create a good corporate culture, establish a good brand and image? Improving their competitiveness and further improving the economic benefit are the main problems for the commercial banks. Therefore, the study for the construction of enterprise culture and improvement of the economic benefits in commercial banks has the important theory meaning and the practical value.My paper was divided into four parts to study the promoting effect of the enterprise culture’s construction for the economic benefit. The first par is the introduction, which introduces the research background, the purpose, the method and train of thought and the analysis of the key and difficult points. The second part is the theory of the enterprise culture, which mainly introduces the structure, content and function of enterprise culture, and describes in detail about the definition, characteristics and function of the enterprise culture in commercial banks. I also give a successful case about the enterprise culture’s construction of CityBank to analysis the revelation role of it. The third part is the analysis of the problems existing in the enterprise culture’s construction of China’s commercial banks. The fourth part is the countermeasure study about building the enterprise culture and improving the commercial banks’economic efficiency. Mainly through the study and the analysis on the principle about how Chinese commercial banks construct the enterprise culture, the culture system innovation, the working innovation of leaders, the organization innovation, the service innovation, and the innovation of brand marketing strategy. Finally, I will put forward the enlightenment and guidance on how the enterprise culture’s construction impacts the economic benefits.
