The organizational structure of enterprises is an organization designed tomanage a business, through the division of the corporate officers in the rights,responsibilities and interests to form a structural system, its purpose is to achieve theenterprise’s goals. The organizational structure changes after the implementation of theexisting organizational structure has been, with the changes in the internal and externalenvironment and development strategy, organization managers active its not suited tothe place to refine and improve, or even re-design of the entire organizationalstructure,the negative impact to reduce the adverse environmental, contributed to betterachieve organizational goals. Enterprise organizational structure is more reasonable, thescale of development and the stronger core competitiveness, the greater the survival anddevelopment of space. Therefore, the organizational structure of the enterprise must berelative to the occasion and better adapt to environmental changes in order to ensurethat enterprises in market competition in an invincible position.In this paper, a systematic analysis of the GC Group organizational structure of thestatus quo, to identify problems and combination the GC Group after the restructuringof the new strategy to optimize the design of the existing organizational structure of theenterprise.Hope to provide ideas and learn from similar structural changes in theorganization of large enterprise groups with GC Group. The GC Group is a microcosmof the separation of major reform of China isolated "secondary business", manystate-owned enterprises there are similar problems with it. The GC Group is a case, butit reflects the many commonalities such enterprises and the root of the problem lies.Through the research, want to be able to give the managers of state-owned enterprisesof the same type of useful inspiration.
