With the development of science and technology, knowledge role in social and economic development is particularly important, the social demand for talents is more and more strong. Since the expansion of higher education in China, the number of college students increases greatly, a large number of graduates into the talent market, which injected fresh strength for the society at the same time, employment has become a popular social concerns. In this case, many college students choose to start, but because of subjective and objective conditions, the success rate of entrepreneurship is very low, there are many. This article is in this background of entrepreneurship research, analysis the influencing factors, and then puts forward countermeasures to improve their entrepreneurial ability.This paper mainly adopts literature review and questionnaire survey analysis on the relevant issues, specific content is divided into three parts, first reviewed relevant theories of entrepreneurship; research secondly influences on College Students’ Entrepreneurship factors; again, we entered the field investigation about the students in A school, and in the data after the analysis, found that the comprehensive ability of college students is insufficient; the lack of entrepreneurial culture and atmosphere; the lack of money in the venture; the government support system is not in place; A school education system is not perfect, finally the above problem put forward measures to improve college students’entrepreneurial ability, mainly from college students to enhance their own ability; government services and support effective entrepreneurship education system three aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
