The enterprise culture has been widely used in enterprise management. In theory, the enterprise culture is the enterprise values, enterprise ethics and enterprise for portfolio requires the staff and leadership of the industry. With the rapid development of economy and the market in twenty-first Century, enterprises are facing great competition, often some of the large enterprises, value because it exists in its corporate culture, therefore, the enterprise competition is usually the enterprise culture.In this competitive environment, enterprise culture has become the core ability of the enterprise and other enterprises competition. Therefore, the construction of unique and excellent enterprise culture, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and help enterprises to participate in international market competition is very important. Therefore, in this paper, a series of research on DS company enterprise culture construction optimization.Through the research discovery, the enterprise culture construction of DS company mainly has the following problems:contact the development strategy of enterprise culture construction and the close degree is not enough, the enterprise still lacks a set of feasible and efficient enterprise culture construction and operation mechanism, enterprises lack of organization and the enterprise culture construction leadership and is closely involved in the cultural construction level, enterprises to enhance the slow and slow employee participation in enterprise culture construction are not the high degree of participation, this paper puts forward specific measures for the above problems, the main company executives to lead by example to enhance customer service concept, enhance customer service capabilities, improve enterprise management efficiency based on staff, the implementation of democratic management and emotional management combining the management strategy of the good shape with their location corporate image to create positive and healthy, vibrant atmosphere and warm and comfortable living atmosphere for employees.
