Analysis On Land Market Running Situation And The Influence Factors In Changde City

The health of the land market operation is a key factor related to the reasonable configuration of land resources, under the background of promoting sustainable utilization of land resources, to carry out the research to the influential factors of the land market operation, has very important practical significance. Changde City is one of the representative cities in Hunan province for economic development and land utilization condition, to put Changde City as the research area has an important guiding significance to the reasonable allocation of land resources for Hunan province.From2002-2011Changde City after land supply and new construction, ways of land supply, supply structure, analysis of six aspects:Changde City land market operation, GDP, per capita GDP, seven factors such as investment in fixed assets in cities and towns as the factors affecting the operation of land markets, by regression analysis and grey correlation analysis, quantitative analysis of these factors on the Changde City land supply market and the influence degree of the land transfer price.Through the study of Changde City from2002to2011the overall characteristics of the land market and Changde City land market factors affecting the average price of land supply and land the influence of the equation.
