In the context of high speed development in hotel industry,excellent staffs are becoming one of the most significant treasure in hotels. Therefore, the hotel human resources management is being considered particularly important. However, as a result of the intensity of labor, the repetitive work, social prejudice and low wages, the unemployment rate of hotel staffs is generally high, and most of them have less satisfaction, job preference as well as ownership feelings. So parts of hotels are bringing in a method of hotel staffs’ participating in the management,which redefines the relationship between staffs and hotels. By using this method, the quality of decisions and the satisfaction in jobs are becoming higher,and meanwhile the rate of turnover is being reduced. Based on a practical observation of present situation in high stars hotels in Changsha which bring in the staff-involving management and their job satisfaction and work preference, my article aims at offering severals strategies and proposals on how to improve hotel staffs’job reference. They all come out on the basis of analysis in-depth of the impact through empirical research.This study on the high Stars Hotel Changsha employees were surveyed using convenience sampling, providing paper365questionnaires,219effective samples, and the data used for hypothesis testing analysis and model of background variables. In data statistics using the SPSS17.0software, we use the reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and variance analysis method, and main results are as follows:first, the hotel employee participation in management have positive effects on job performance. Second, overall job satisfaction on employee involvement between management and staff performance plays a partial intermediary role. Third, demographic variables have impact on employee participation. Hotel employee participation in management is a very important index to predict the hotel employee job satisfaction. The hotel staff to participate in the management level, have a positive impact on employee job satisfaction, Working performance.This paper, on the basis of empirical results, put forward the following corresponding management recommendations:authorize scientifically and thoroughly; pay attention to the application of job satisfaction in hotel management; finally, trust, respect employees and perfect the system of rationalization proposals in hotel. The hotel staff to participate in the management level will be a long-term process, to which the hotel management must pay special attention.
