In the knowledge economic society background, as an important resource of knowledge is also advancing with the times, greatly accelerated the speed of updating knowledge, which will put forward higher requirements to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Research on the incentive of knowledge sharing on the implementation of knowledge management of the enterprise, has a very important significance to solve the problem in the knowledge management, especially on the validity of enterprise knowledge sharing has important theoretical and practical significance. Research on the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing has achieved a lot, some scholars have studied the effect of intrinsic motivation of knowledge sharing from the psychological point of view, and some scholars analyze the transaction cost of knowledge sharing from the perspective of game theory, scholars have conducted research on external factors sharing from the angle of organization, this paper based on the existing research, selection A company as the specific research background, the knowledge staff as the research object, to explore the factors affecting the knowledge sharing, and puts forward the motivation of knowledge sharing, provides suggestions to improve the core competitiveness for enterprises to make full use of intellectual resources.Company A was founded in2002, is specialized in LED products research and development, manufacturing, marketing, engineering installation and after-sales service as one of the high-tech enterprises. As a technologic enterprises, consumers and customers are increasingly diversified and personalized demand, market competition is becoming fiercer. Enterprises in order to meet customer and consumer demand changing, gain a competitive advantage and sustainable competitiveness, we must constantly improve enterprise’s own technology innovation ability, develop products to meet customer requirements. Technology innovation process is a process of knowledge acquisition, transmission, sharing and utilization of knowledge classification of tacit knowledge in the content is very large, its importance is also bigger.The existing literature is that, in order to solve the problem of knowledge sharing from the atmosphere of innovation, technical support, incentive mechanism in3aspects of evaluation and research. Based on this, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey according to the actual situation of enterprises. A preliminary analysis of the questionnaires, identify the factors A, knowledge sharing, so as to find out the main reason which leads to lack of knowledge sharing within enterprise. Then, this paper puts forward the idea of employee knowledge sharing motivation of company A, as a science and technology enterprise company A set up incentive mechanism for knowledge sharing should be reasonable, appropriate incentive motivation, in addition to build the atmosphere of good organizational innovation, knowledge sharing, incentive employee knowledge sharing, the knowledge sharing platform, even if there are certain facilities, still want to systematic knowledge management.Based on investigation, it solve the company A employee knowledge to achieve full willingness of knowledge sharing, sharing the use of the existing theoretical, practical problems and enhance the competitiveness; at the same time, the conclusion of this research to promote employee knowledge sharing is also a reference to the same type of high-tech enterprises.
