The Q car is a joint venture shortly after the birth of a new car brand, trying to finding a place in the fierce market competition and rapid development. New brand challenger as a mature market, competition is bound to face many pressures and difficulties. Sales training is to ensure the competitiveness of the new brand, is one important safeguard, the traditional model is not suitable for new automotive sales training, and no prior experience of a similar brand was born for reference, so explore suitable Q brand car sales training mode in order to achieve good training effect is listed after the brand launch.The company’s sales training on the Q system was optimized to improve research, is this article the research focus. To find the problem of the system, use the relative training theory, combine the sales theory, according the reality of new company, to achieve the theoretical and practical training in research and innovation, to improve the company’s sales training on the Q system, introducing the brand property theory to brand training class, use the marketing position theory to better the products class, according the experience training theory to innovate the stage show training of sales procedure class, to advance the training effect by plenty actions in the brand experience day, to tutor on store to value the training conversion effect.
