| Since reform and opening, after years of economic development and poverty alleviation and development, China’s poverty relief have been better, However, due to the natural condition, and historical and social reasons, some rural regions, especially the regions inhabited by ethnic people, are still facing serious poverty problem in china. As a country with56nationalities, Chinese government has been always endeavoring to realize the common prosperity of all ethnic groups. Therefore, Chinese government has adopted more inclined supporting polices as an important guarantee for the poverty alleviation in minority regions. Though those policies have taken some effects, the poverty alleviation is still confronted with a difficult situation in those places where the natural condition is abominable and the historical poverty problem is serious. This article will select Liangshan ethnic areas as research samples, through an in-depth analysis on the features and the causes of the poverty problem in Liangshan, the thesis are making an evaluation on the current poverty alleviation policies and measures, and put forward a series of suggestions for the future poverty alleviation system in Liangshan.The thesis will be divided into4parts. The first part is introduction, which includes the background and significance of the poverty alleviation, the technical route, and the methodology adopted by the thesis and the research aim of the thesis. The second part is literature review. This part is based on the current poverty alleviation researches, which tries to build a theoretical analytic frame and conclude experience on poverty alleviation at home and aboard. The third part is the poverty situation, and the reasons for poverty alleviation process of ethnic areas in Liangshan analysis section, first situation, characteristics and causes of poverty in ethnic minority areas are discussed in Liangshan, put forward their point of view, the establishment of appropriate analytical framework, then review the practice of poverty alleviation and development, focusing on poverty alleviation and development process of Liangshan ethnic areas, and to assess the existing poverty reduction policies, pointing out problems. The last part is poverty alleviation mechanism to build part of Liangshan ethnic areas, using appropriate theoretical framework proposed could better idea of poverty and poverty alleviation mechanism. |
