Current motor system energy to run the main problems are:the efficiency of electrical system equipment rated low; motor system way down regulate the relative backwardness of the majority of fans, pumps, mechanical way of cutting expenditure adjustment, effective than the use of speed way to regulate about 30% lower; motor system energy efficiency matching unreasonable, especially frequency control of the fan pump system to match the irrational, the "big horse cart" in a serious, long-term electrical system equipment at a low load operation state. Motor system energy saving operation for more than these problems, this paper analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign motor based on energy-saving technologies, using a more advanced computer monitoring and control technologies, to design test software in lieu of the previous require complex hardware to achieve function, can achieve real-time electrical detection of the parameters. Motor tests of this system of measurement and control technology not only has a wide range of adaptability and flexibility, and improve system reliability and real-time. This paper presents a comprehensive assessment program blower and pump motor system, while, on the blower and pump system for all aspects of assessment, but also with energy-saving systems to submit energy-saving program.This motor test system according to the working principle and control theory, mainly on the entire control system hardware and software design principles and methods, and auxiliary block diagram and interfaces are described on the hardware and software. The electrical system tests of the software is designed with a common high-level programming language VC++6.0 to avoid expensive professional software development.Oil thermal power plant for the assessment of motor system energy efficiency, including assessment of economic efficiency, equipment efficiency rating assessment, assess the efficiency of plant operation, pipe network evaluation; functional assessments including the speed range, the load power, voltage, rated current, acceleration, overload capacity, etc.; safety assessment, including protection rating, the motor temperature rise and insulation class, the motor shaft voltage, the voltage increase rate, motor vibration, harmonic assessment.
