With the rapid development of the economy and society,energy shortages and environmental degradation have become two important issues in today's society.Building is the world's main source of energy consumption and environmental pollution,in this context,green buildings came into being.It's very important to combine theoretical research with the implementation of practical engineering.But today's green buildings often take some similar technical means,such as setting up roof greening,light pipes,photovoltaic panels,etc..Without considering the differences in natural resources,social culture and production development levels across China,and whether the production of such technology or equipment poses a hazard to the environment or whether there is a high resource demand.Therefore,paying attention to the regional characteristics of green buildings and using scientific methods to evaluate regional green buildings is a problem that needs to be focused on at present.This paper explores the main regional characteristics that affect building performance through the discussion of regional green buildings;Establish a BIM model to explore the application of BIM technology in the evaluation of individual indicators of regional green buildings;Combined with the existing green building evaluation system,using the interval number method,establish a regional green building evaluation system based on BIM technology,in order to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of green building design,sort and optimize the potential design.A building in Hefei was selected to verify the rationality of the evaluation system.As an evaluation research based on new design tools and multi-attribute decision-making methods,this paper can be regarded as a useful attempt to transform green building evaluation methods,and it will play a role in inspiring future research on green building evaluation.
