As a result, the original evaluation of the entire power supply system is concluded mostly based on the distribution network. Therefore, in a view of any enterprise are trying to provide excellent products and services for the customer, the distribution network is definitely the key connection between grid company and various customers, as well as the overall evaluation of products and serves served by the grid company are mainly influenced by the distribution network performance.Distribution Automation is one of the key aspects of building a smart grid. Compared to the main network construction, more and more concern as well as investments is paid into the distribution network in recent years. Moreover, the demand analysis, technical solutions, social evaluation have a very practical influence on project effectiveness and sustainability of urban distribution network automation projects. Especially, for economically developed regions like Hangzhou City, the rapid socio-economic development has put the distribution network automation in very urgent requirements. More distribution automation projects is bound to get investments in the next period of time. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research in distribution automation projects.Accordingly, it is very necessary to carry out the evaluation of the effectiveness of the distribution automation projects, which it has outstanding practical significance for scientific operation of the projects. Compared to the conventional economic evaluation which is commonly used, social evaluation can more fully estimate the impact of the project on the whole society and economy. In particular, unlike the usual business companies which primarily seek to maximize economic benefits, power supply companies such as the State Grid Corporation, shoulder the social responsibility of providing qualified power services to all society members. Its own public utilities property results in that the evaluation of projects’investments must be considered more completely. Therefore, adoption of social evaluation for grid construction projects makes more sense.The main work in this thesis is focusing on distribution automation project in Hangzhou, including the completion of the construction of distribution automation demands analysis, followed by a comparative analysis of in-depth technical solutions, identifies some of the key technologies and feasible function. Especially, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted, combining evidence with theory, and social evaluation are well carried out for distribution automation projects in Hangzhou. Finally, some suggestions on the project managements are pointed out in order to make some guidance. |
