Marine Auxiliary Boiler System Assembly Simulation And Virtual Operation

In the process of transformation, virtual assembly and virtual operation training has played a good role in promoting. In practice application, virtual assembly can effectively shorten the design and manufacturing cycle, reduce cost; Virtual training can make students get real experience, can effectively enhance speaking proficiency and emergency handling ability.In this paper, take a ship’s LSK0.15-0.5 type vertical Marine auxiliary boiler fuel oil system as the research object. Have researched and analyzed the structure, working principle and control of Marine auxiliary boiler operation and build up the model of auxiliary boiler the various components of the entity model in 3ds Max modeling software system, and add a variety of materials, make the production in assembly process rules system assembly process of animation, then put the model into the Unity 3D, edit the script control assembly animation in sequence, combined the physical model and mathematical model of the system, and quantitatze parameters and edit scripts, build virtual scene, in the unity editor roaming check and control the operating script, realize through the input device to control operation of the system. After the system building, choose different platform release according to actual demand.The virtual system designed in this paper is practical and innovative, and can be used for teaching institutions of scientific research and the training or preparations for the crew’s job, also has a lot of positive significance to the automation development of shipping industry.
