With the rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of industrialization,the accompanying problems of environmental pollution and energy shortage have become more prominent.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the construction industry promotes China’s economic development,and at the same time,it consumes resources and energy and pollutes the ecological environment.Various outstanding problems forced the entire industry to change the traditional extensive development model and take the road of sustainable development in the new era.New concepts such as "green building","ecological building",and "energy-saving building" came into being.In the life cycle of a green building,it is the construction stage that realizes the conversion from architectural drawings to physical objects.This stage consumes the most energy and resources,and changes the surrounding environment are the most obvious.Therefore,I believe that the premise of building green buildings is to achieve green construction.Carrying out green construction evaluation can effectively measure the implementation effect of green construction,and is of great significance for guiding the development of green construction and green building.At present,China’s green construction evaluation system is not perfect.The evaluation standards,evaluation method theories and applications of green construction are controversial.To a certain extent,it has hindered the development of green construction.The research content of this article will also discuss how to build an evaluation system and carry out comprehensive evaluation work,which has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.The main research is as follows:(1)By summarizing the research results of green construction-related evaluation systems at home and abroad,pointing out the deficiencies of the existing evaluation system in China and the lessons that other countries can draw on,pointing out the improvement direction for our evaluation system,and for the following index system and comprehensive evaluation model The foundation was laid.(2)In order to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and evaluation standards,this paper uses the literature research method to evaluate the indicators for identification,and initially establishes a preselected set of indicators,and uses reliability,validity analysis,and T test to analyze and select the indicators to ensure that The comprehensiveness and reliability of the evaluation indicators have established a complete evaluation index system;then the evaluation standards for each indicator have been formulated in accordance with the existing norms to ensure the rigor of the indicator standards.(3)In the selection of weighting methods,this paper innovatively combines the improved analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weighting method to combine and weight the evaluation indicators,which effectively avoids the problem of unreasonable weight determination caused by a single weighting;In terms of selection,this paper innovatively uses the gray clustering method based on the mixed center point triangle whitening weight function to comprehensively evaluate the green construction level of the project and establish a gray comprehensive evaluation model.(4)Finally,the constructed model is used in engineering examples,which verifies the practicability and scientificity of the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this paper.
