Research On The Application Of Agent Of Recyclcd Asphalt Highway Asphalt Pavement In Xinjiang Group Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid growth of traffic and heavy load, overload situation intensifiesand the asphalt pavement structure design and materials design using the gap, so that a largenumber of new asphalt road open to traffic of1-2years on damage early, leading to the actualservice life of asphalt pavement is greatly shorter than design life. Through this project research,the asphalt pavement proposed reclamation Corps climate, traffic, pavement and road buildingmaterial characteristics of preventive maintenance technology, superior performance, low pricepromotion of asphalt recycled materials, to meet the reclamation Corps highway preventivemaintenance needs, effectively improve the reclamation Corps service life of the asphaltpavement, and provided the beneficial reference for other area of new asphalt pavement andpavement maintenance. This thesis focuses on the following contents:(1) investigation ofdamage of asphalt pavement reclamation Corps highway, to classify the types of diseases;(2) tothe domestic and foreign asphalt regenerant common classification, put forward thecorresponding evaluation method;(3) collection of domestic and international common asphalt,performance evaluation test, in based on the experiment results, the evaluation index andcorresponding technical requirements;(4) outdoor reclaimed asphalt performance testing, indoorasphalt test, through a lot of experiments to determine the different asphalt asphalt regenerationability, the asphalt performance evaluation method and technical index; establishing thecomprehensive evaluation system, evaluation of asphalt promote regeneration agent performancedifferences, determine the promotion of recycling agent products;(5) by the economic benefitcost analysis, ultimately determine the promotion of asphalt products.
