Nowadays, the whole society stresses the development with coordination, nobody wants to meet the conflict, butthe conflict is a problem that cannot be avoided in the project management. It has accompanied by a variety of conflicts since a project begin to application.Because the relevant subject units that involved are so many and their relations are so complicated,project operation often can initiate construction conflictbyproject goals, the construction period, project quality, project cost, management process and allocation of resources and so on; it makes the opinions of the parties to produce inconsistent.After that therising of project management and technology complexities contributes to increase conflict quantities, and makes the conflict situation more intricate; at last, it will have more and more influence on the work of the project construction, and even hinder the progress of the project. Therefore, it is necessary for project conflict management to study and discuss on the theory and methods.On the basis of the theory of modern management, and summarizes of the theory about the internal conflict management, and the research results at home and abroad about the management of internal conflict. This paper firstly introduces the general situation, organization structure, management mode and operating contradiction of project A, and gather statistics the results through the form of questionnaire, the results show that the problems existing in project A is impeded communication, positioning blunders, different thinking and distribution of interests and limited performance capabilities; Analyzed the causes of problems we concluded that the main reason of the conflict to be arises is include of unequal status of every participant of the project, information asymmetry, interest inconsistence, lack of trust, unsmooth communication, project modification, unclear responsibility and so on. According to the analysis we established the plan of conflict management for project A from the guiding ideologies, principles, implementation strategies and methods of the intra-project conflict, and made an evaluation of the expected effect and feedback. At last, we established the security measures, it was include improve the professional level ofstaff, fund use optimization, material be used by virtuous circle, and be establishment of management organization to ensure the measures to be implementation.
