Stduy On Cost Management Of Substation Construction Project Based On Value Engineering

With Substation construction project is an important part in the electric power construction project.It plays an important role in the power system.Substation construction projects genernall require a lot of capital and advanced technology,involving many units,implicating many industries.Because of the huge investment of substation construction project.Its cost management research will achieve great economic benefits.It is conducive to the development of electric power construction foundation facilities.There are many kinds of methods of project cost management.Since value engineering has its own advantage.Namely,the core idea of value engineering is to define the project function and to realize the unification of function and cost of the project.In this paper,using the method of cost management based on value analysis.In this paper,the value engineering is applied to the substation construction project cost management.First of all,the knowledge system of project management,project cost management and value engineering research at home and abroad are described.Secondly,it introduces the status quo construction and application of value engineering in project both at home and abroad.It introduces the related concept of substation construction project cost and cost management.The cost management system of electric power construction project is analysed.It analyses the specific methods and steps of the application of value engineering analysis.Taking some substation construction project as an example.By analysing,there are some problems in the substation construction project cost management The value engineering is used in defined project target cost,the optimization of construction materials,the design of construction scheme.After the application of value engineering,the overall project cost has been greatly reduced.It makes project cost management more effective.It proves that the application of value engineering is validity in substation project.Value engineering should be vigorously promoted in substation construction project cost management.
