With the development of the sustained and healthy economy and the continuously promote of the material, cultural level of the whole society, the contradiction between power supply and demand is becoming increasingly prominent, the main reason is that the power grid construction is lagging behind. In order to solve this problem, recent years, China State Grid Corp vigorously promotes the construction of special high-voltage power grid, a large number of UHV substation and line is in construction. In order to match up the overall planning of power grid construction, many cities should make rational planning for the project of 220000 volt power transmission and 110000 volt substation, in order to form a firm grid structure. Compared with the 110000 volt power transmission project, 220000 volt power transmission project is of large scale of investment, and long construction period, and it will directly determine the success or failure of the power allocation and power energy transmission. During the construction process of the 220000 volt power transmission project, the substation location determines the trend of its path, which will directly affect the stable operation of the whole project and its investment size. So the selection of the substation site for 220000 volt is the most basic and most important part of the electrical engineering planning.This paper first introduces the background and significance of 220000 volts transformer substation location, it fully consults the domestic and foreign research situation, collects the related materials and data of 220000 volt power transmission engineering substation site selection for Shijiazhuang medicine company, and makes it as the empirical study object. According to the specific situation, this paper specifically sets up comprehensive evaluation index system of 220000 volts transformer substation site selection. It choices the method of 220000 volts transformer substation site selection, finally selects the method of two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Through in-depth study of the evaluation model, it summarized the comprehensive evaluation result of 220000 volts transformer substation location. Finally, it selects the optimal location of Shijiazhuang medicine 220000 volt power transmission project, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages from the aspects of technical and economic conditions, address, outlet conditions.This paper studies the comprehensive evaluation index system of the selection of 220000 volts transformer substation, and finally selects the relatively optimal substation location, which can greatly improve the reliability of 220000 volts transformer substation location project and ensure the optimal scheme and safeguard the safety and stability of the power transmission, which can provide power support for the national and local economic development.
