Study On The Construction Quality Index Of Commercial Residential Buildings

Construction industry is still one of the core sectors of the national economy. In its ongoing development process, commercial residential, act as mainstream product in construction market, its construction quality has drawn increasing attention of the community. This paper summarizes and analyzes the practice patterns of domestic and foreign construction quality control and evaluation, using index theory to the construction quality management, in order to providing a comprehensive understanding of engineering quality level developments and trends to government administration, making a thorough study on scientific and reasonable construction Commercial residential quality index system, and makes a specific processes and methods about index system’s construction, calculation, implementation, and release through detailed simulation.The study has improved the quality of the project concept and demand on the basis of quality itself, analyzed commercial residential construction quality characteristics and requirements of the project itself, demonstrated that construction safety & civilization is a necessary part of the contents of construction quality, described the evolution, classification, compilation methods and procedures of the index, and studied the significance and its relationship with quality evaluation.This paper summarizes and screens Construction quality evaluation system of commercial residential project, including construction quality of project entity and construction safety & civilization, and analyzes the theory and characteristic of index system, according to relevant national specification standard, housing architecture, quality management, statistics, and the theory and practice of quality assessment of third-party real estate business. On this basis, this paper constructs commercial housing project quality index system and its simulation calculations, and determines a complete quality index system,Verified with a project example. Combined with the actual situation in the region Xuzhou, this research does data acquisition, evaluation calculation and whole process simulation to residential construction quality index system of Xuzhou.
