The Establishment And Research Of The Maintenance Quota In Xi’an

Most consumption of the work is the same which can be displayed by means of green maintenance quota in green maintenance. Green maintenance quota is the direct cost reflection in green maintenance, which can be used as a green maintenance budget reference and a daily guide document for maintenance.Currently, there are many studies of urban green maintenance in other cities, but there is no public release of the maintenance quota standard in Xi’an city, some related work still being underway. In view of this, the author does the research work on the financial data of three green maintenance units of Xi’an in recent years, doing some specific investigations of the actual maintenance work. The author proposes the establishment method making one-year consumption cost of the maintenance as the basic quota, A-level maintenance being the standard. Finally with a lot of data such four aspects of maintenance quota as two green spaces, square, street trees were obtained under the current maintenance situation.Aiming at higher prices for current maintenance quota, this paper reanalyzed the data on maintenance quota and put forward some views on artificial water, fertilizer for the purpose of improving the maintenance quota and promoting maintenance efficiency, thus reducing maintenance costs.
