With the requirement of power quality and reliability of power supply, the company puts forward the construction of smart, efficient, reliable and green power grid. Based on the existing network structure, the implementation of distribution network automation becomes one of the important means to improve the intelligent level of power grid and power grid. PJ District, the economic and political center of the region, with the population density and many important users, requires the highly power supply reliability. Power Supply Bureau selected the PJ District as a pilot area to improve the level of automation of distribution network, ensure the distribution network system of intelligent, efficient, reliable, green run, effectively enhance the City distribution network operation and management.PJ district power supply area is divided into B, C, D class, D class accounted for a major, in the area with 3 220 k V substations, 19 110 kV substations. At present, the construction of automation in PJ area is relatively dispersed, and the overall structure is not formed, and the main station of PJ district is in-place, and the automatic switches are the column switches.According to the PJ district distribution network automation needs analysis,including load demand, safety requirements, operation and maintenance needs, grid structure needs, the objective function of distribution network automation is put forward. First of all, the system can realize "five remote", including remote measure, remote sign, remote test, remote control and remote observation through the line terminal device. Secondly, system with timing function, using the master line terminal device sends instructions to pair to ensure data clock synchronization. Finally, the system also can record local data, locally alarm indication, achieve human-computer interaction and others. And the construction of distribution automation system is put forward. Three stages of automatic planning of distribution network from 2020 to 2015 are presented.The research points out the general principles of the distribution network automation construction. PJ district is a second tier cities. The automatic building model is based on the two- level city automation model. Taking into account the scale of distribution network of Power Supply Bureau and the distribution network automation area, the distribution network automation system is chosen as the mode of centralized collection and partition application. The Master station of distribution network automation is established in the dispatch center of Bureau, and the regional remote monitoring station is established in PJ Power Supply Bureau, then the principle of information integration, master station construction, terminal construction principle are formulated. Further, the overall architecture of the technical scheme, the information integration scheme, the distribution network master technology, and the terminal construction scheme are proposed.Finally, PJ Power Supply Bureau intelligent flexible distribution network technology research project as the distribution network automation construction pilot project to carry out the practice research, combing the existing defects of the project, put forward the overall solution, including the structure function, structure, intelligent measurement and control...
