In the process of China’s rapid economic development, the regional economic imbalances persist, which is the inevitable result of the economic policies of each country and the region resulting from the rapid economic development, but also makes the imbalance of regional economy more prominent, influence and becoming a stumbling block to hinder rapid economic growth, but also indirectly affected the stable development of peace in the region. In recent years, regional economic imbalances, Beijing has also been a concern of many scholars, from the total regional production and per capita perspective, there is a big gap between districts and counties of Beijing, especially in the City and Suburbs between this economic gap more apparent. This article from the two aspects of the study, on the one hand on the statistical theory of space research and exploration, in-depth study of the spatial autocorrelation definitions, and Moran’s I index were derived, and try to design a specific spatial weights matrix, use the flexibility of the R language to write procedures to analyze regional economic issues in Beijing, in order to get more realistic results. On the other hand, on the other hand, this article gross regional product of Beijing as an indicator of the county, on the regional economy, Beijing has been described in the statistical analysis, the transverse and longitudinal analysis of the development of the regional economy in Beijing; then from the global and two angles local space in Beijing per capita GDP of the county conducted a spatial statistical analysis. It was found that the presence of regional economic development in Beijing weak positive autocorrelation, and gradually to change the negative spatial autocorrelation, Beijing, there is a strong space in the local spatial autocorrelation in the global space, especially in Dongcheng District and the West town, showed high values of spatial agglomeration, Tongzhou, Yanqing, Miyun County, showed the value of gathering space whispered, obvious spatial distribution of other counties. This indicates the presence of a weak regional economic Beijing spatial concentration, the gap between the county’s getting bigger, showing the spatial distribution of high-low distribution around the center. Finally, this paper gives the corresponding policies and proposals, hoping to play a good role in the regional economic development of Beijing.
