Since the birth of China’s Glass Fiber Industry in1958, especially after the introduction of furnace technology in the1980s, China’s Glass Fiber Industry has been rapid development and become the largest Glass Fiber manufacturing country in the world now. As being fundamental strategic material, Glass Fiber material has got major support from government. Nevertheless due to our gap on the overall technical level and product’s quality compared with the advanced counties, China has not become world power in Glass Fiber Industry. Although70%of our product has been exported abroad, all these are primary products with low price and low added value. The reason is the big difference on the soft technology between China and the advanced countries. The Size and Binder used for glass fiber is the most important Soft Technology in Glass Fiber Industry. Its performance is directly related to the quality and added value of glass fiber products. Nantong Hendeli Corp. is the unique high technology enterprise who is professional at the research and development on the Sizing&Binder of High Performance glass fiber and large-scale production.Through the deeply analysis and research on the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Nantong Hendeli Corp. with the methods&measures of Modern Development Strategy Theory, PEST, SWOT, etc., we design suitable overall development strategy in this article, which hopefully can help Nantong Hendeli Corp. to establish long-term competitive advantage and provide guidance Preference suggestions for its further development.This article is divided into five sections. The first section:Introductory Theory. In this first section, it mainly introduces the background, purpose, meaning, thinking and methods of the research. The second section:Analysis on Outer Environment and Tendency. In this section, it makes clear of the opportunities, challenges, risks and tendency the Corp is facing now through the analysis on the Macro Economy development trend, the present development situation&tendency of Glass Fiber Industry and marketing competition of Nantong Hendeli Corp. The third section:Analysis on Resources and Terms inside Nantong Hendeli Corp. With the analysis on developing achievement, core competence, resources&terms and current management situation, it concludes the advantages, disadvantages, achievement and problems of Nantong Hendeli Corp. It takes the method of SWOT that makes analysis&conclusion on inner&outer Corp. and the method of MATRIX that makes decision on the strategy. The forth section:General Development Strategy. Firstly it determines the corporation’s Vision and Strategic Target. Then according to outer environment and inner resources&terms, it proposes General Strategic Thought, Strategic Positioning and designs General Development Strategy. That is the Concentration Strategy mainly based on product development, Proper Diversification Strategy based on high professionalization and Forward Integration Strategy based on "Going Out". Finally it defines strategy path and focus. The fifth section:The Key Measures to Implement the Strategy..It guarantees strategy implementation with the measures of making adjustment on Organization Control Way, reformation on Incentive System&way, development on Human Resource, adjustment on market strategy, Financing&Operation and Innovation on management mode.
